In the off case that you are unable to add a previously deleted contact, following these steps will help reconnect you with a once deleted user.

1. Navigate to contacts
2. Un-check the ‘Show Online” check box
3. Delete all variances of the user id
   1. EX: test@binfer.com may have multiple devices. Delete all contacts with the ‘test@binfer.com’.
4. Re-add the user
